5 medium onions, yellow or white
2 tubes Ritz Crackers
1 lb shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 lb butter or margerine
Slice Onions and saute in butter/margerine till translucent. Crumble the Ritz crackers finely. Take half of the onions and place in bottom of flat pyrex baking dish. Cover with half of the crushed crackers followed by half of the cheese. Repeat with other half of all the ingredients and bake for half hour at 350..uncovered. That's it...easy and tasty.
