1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, room temp
1/3 cup finely chopped chives
2 t fresh lime juice
1 t grated lime peel
1/2 t sea salt
1/4 t Hungarian sweet paprika
pinch of cayenne pepper
sugar (optional)
8 ears corn
mix 1st seven ingredients in med. bowl
boil corn in sugared water (if desired)4 minutes
drain corn
serve immediately with seasoned butter
Caution: Keep people away from your socks...this will knock them off!
